Applying

How do I check my application status?

Use the reference number from your confirmation email on the application status page — no login required.

What documents do I need?

It varies by programme, but usually an ID copy, proof of previous education, and (for some qualifications) proof of residence. The application wizard tells you exactly what's outstanding as you go.

I applied and haven't heard back — is that normal?

You'll get an email at every stage: under review, more information needed, or a decision. If it's been longer than the institution's stated turnaround, contact them directly — status changes are institution-driven, not automatic.

Once you're a student

How do I register for modules?

Through your self-service portal, once your institution has enrolled you and a registration window is open. It shows exactly which modules you're eligible for and what's still outstanding.

Where do I pay my fees?

In your portal, under Fees — online by card, or by EFT using your student number as the payment reference so it reconciles automatically.

When will I see my results?

On the date your institution announces, not the moment a lecturer finishes marking. Results are released as a batch after moderation, never trickled out early.

How do I get a statement or a letter?

Your portal can generate a progression letter and an account statement on demand. Other documents (transcripts, proof of registration) go through a request to the office, tracked in the same place.

Staff

How do I get access to the records system?

An administrator at your institution grants access based on your role — there's no separate signup.

I forgot my password

Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page. Password resets are rate-limited for security, so if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, wait before retrying rather than repeating the request.
